The City of Revelstoke has put together a handy Application Package.
Complete the Application Package, including all necessary documents and forms listed below. Complete the application yourself or give us a call and we’ll do it for you.

Proof of Principal Residence
Owner or Strata Authorization Form, if applicable
How do you submit your completed Application Package?
There are two options to submit your completed Application Package.
Submit the completed Application Package either email to development@revelstoke.ca
Drop off in person at the Development Services front counter at City Hall (216 Mackenzie Ave, Second St Entrance).
What happens during the inspection?
Owners are responsible for making sure their property is available for inspections at the request of the City to ensure compliance with bylaws. Give us a call if you’d like someone on our team to help facilitate your inspection.
How often do I need to renew my license?
If you’re issued a license, it must be renewed annually.
